I may do so, but it'll take quite some research to back it up with reputable sources. The above is just what I remembered off the top of my head. I just thought I'd mention it; maybe someone else who has more knowledge and the pertinent sources at her or his fingertips picks it up before I eventually get around to it. Could anyone add some information about the importance of shrimp fishing (e.g. people employed, percentage of overall fishing in the regions involved?). If no numbers are available I would also be thankful for an "educated guess" on this discussion page. Doesn't have to be scientific, I'm just curious. Malc82 10:20, 27 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism would mean nothing constructive was added and degraded the quality of the page which was not the case. Recreational shrimping is a small niche sport encompassing perhaps three to four different methods. Any information relevant to the topic should be included. Links from Wikipedia are marked as nofollow so it is not helping anyone through advertising and the name of the method was already cited in the article.
