Great Addition
That old photograph of signal hill is impressive. Quite different from today. Might be interesting to add a more modern shot—perhaps takend from the West late in the day—for contrast. Anyone got one? Williamborg 18:55, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
RoughNeck Roundup
My father worked for years on the oil rigs, and always took us to an annual event called The RoughNeck Roundup. It was basically an enormous picnic event with musicians, food, games, and a very popular chili cook-off. - I'm not sure, but I think that the Roughneck Roundup ended about a dozen years ago.
- There also used to be a faux Colonial Spanish "La Fiesta del Oro Negro" (sp? - The Feast of the Black Gold), and I'm wondering if the Roughneck Roundup might have been a replacement for that fiesta. BlankVerse 13:44, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

Geology?
It would be interesting to include something regarding the geology of the hill. Kevink707 (talk) 20:02, 3 July 2014 (UTC)

History
I am concerned that the history section references the Rancho San Pedro, while the official Signal Hill website talks of a completely different history with the ranchos.<ref>https://www.cityofsignalhill.org/218/History-of-Signal-Hill<ref> Windsong0425 (talk) 14:58, 14 May 2019 (UTC)
