Name of party

The translation "Slovene Union" is unusual, in effect, a consonant is better than a vowel before another vowel, therefore the best translation is "Slovenian Union"--Maremmano (talk) 13:50, 16 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

"Slovenian" is defintely a more common adjective than "Slovene", but "Slovene Union" sounds better than "Slovenian Union" and the article has been named this way for a long time. Unless an English native speaker affirms that "Slovene Union" is incorrect, I would stick with the current name (isn't this case very similar to the "centre/center" dispute?). Btw, are we sure that skupnost translates to "union"?. --Checco (talk) 11:34, 18 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Slovene Union is perfectly fine as the English language name, and is already used in existing sources (e.g. 1 2 3 4).--Autospark (talk) 13:38, 18 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
