i recently added the updated discography table to this page which was compiled by Steve and his manager directly so is as accurate a discography as you will find. In doing so, I believe I have made "songwriting and production' section of this page redundant as it covers all the same information in a much more longwinded way.

i attempted to remove the section myself in the past, resulting in being banned for vandalism. Vandalism is certainly not my intention, i simply wish to avoid repetition in the article.

as such, i would like to suggest the removal of the songwriting and production section. please consider my request, thanks

I am a definite no vote on this one, someone put a lot of work into the Songwriting and production section (summaries of notable works). Further, the table is a mess -- song titles should not be in all caps and should be in quotation marks, album titles should be italicized, and the table heading names are wrong. Additionally, the artist names, songs and albums should be linked to their Wikipedia articles if they exist.
An article this large might benefit from a separate discography article, with a Template:See also link in the Discography section in this article, but the table you've added needs a lot of work. 009o9 (talk) 03:27, 18 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

John Mclaughlin

I Don't think that the John McLaughlin that Robson wrote with is the Jazz musician that the named link points to. Any research to justify this link?
