If so, is there any truth to this?

Game time temperature
What is the source for the statement that this game had a game time ambient air temperature of 39F and that this was the lowest for a Super Bowl? The NFL's 1973 publication, "The NFL's Official Encyclopedic History of Professional Football" lists the temp as "low 50s". LCCN73-38632 p 153
