- Neutral, leaning oppose – How is it referred to in reliable (esp. scholarly) sources? Graham (talk) 07:07, 23 August 2022 (UTC)
- Oppose - the Swiss call it Swiss Federal Constitution, and Federal is an important word here. As for scholarly articles in English, a cursory search on Google scholar found twice as many Swiss Federal Constitution as Constitution of Switzerland. Superboilles (talk) 19:56, 26 August 2022 (UTC)
