In the Pilot was the woman in the car with Banner (she died in the car wreak, taking place in the opening scene) was that Betty Ross? since i do not remember her in the show and she is a major person in the comic books, being the Hulk's girlfriend/wife 156.33.195.254 (talk) 17:14, 14 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I had to go way back to find it, but I found the interview where Johnson mentions that Bixby was his first choice. I couldn't find where Bill "resisted accepting the part," only that when he read the script, he liked the down-to-earth realism. After the series ended, the fate of David Banner was unknown.

I disagree. The Hulk/David Banner clearly died after his deep fall.
