Dumping

Just dumping this here. It'll be good for an intro paragraph if the plot is ever expanded. The film is set in a near future Japan. A mad scientist known as Key Man has created a virus that mutates humans into monstrous creatures called engineers that sprout bizarre weapons from any injury. The Tokyo Police Force has been privatized to deal with this new threat of engineers, so they create a special squad of officers called engineer hunters to deal with them. Helping the with police force is Ruka, who has a knack for dispatching with the engineers. On meeting up, the Key Man and Ruka find that they both seeking vengeance against the crooked cops who killed both of their fathers many years ago. Ruka

"Ruka" means "hand" in Russian, does it have some connection to the fact she cuts her hand constantly and with that the key was placed inside hed hand? When I first saw this movie in Russian I thought "Ruka" was simply a translation of her name from Japanese.--MathFacts (talk) 03:59, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Could be, but you would have to find a
source on this one as it could mean that or it really could be coincidence. Andrzejbanas (talk) 11:13, 30 September 2010 (UTC)[reply
