mistake?

I think the figure of 700,000 tourists a year is wrong and the link is dead. I think there are around 75,000 tourists a year. There are also shopping trips from Greece but these are just cross border shoppers. Politis (talk) 23:15, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

hmm not really here is link with official information and this is from 2007 - 2011 by year, region, country of origin etc but in this statistics are not counted the people that came in Macedonia and stayed in private residence or in friends houses etc.Same with people that came in Macedonia and didnt take accomodation. In comparison to this 2012 has about 15% growth or maybe more but officially the touristic year is not finished yet so there are no official results still.Daci92 (talk) 03:59, 10 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The town characteristics

Is it worth mentioning that four towns in Macedonia have the Ottoman white-building look to them (Kratovo, Veles, Ohrid and Kruševo) whilst the others mainly sport a neo-classical architecture? The Big Hoof! (talk) 11:24, 20 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, as long as there's a source. --Local hero talk 22:41, 20 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Berovo falls into the listed category too as do a great number of villages. Only panoramic views can confirm this sort of thing so I'll give it a miss. Besides on second thoughts, this is a fact concerning the look of Macedonia itself and not an issue regarding tourism. Thanks. The Big Hoof! (talk) 12:48, 27 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
