The article says nowhere at all that Thompson is "black" or "African-American". Per

Says nothing about the ethnicity of his parents. That information is easily imported to this article. Do not mistake the presence of a fact in one article as incontrovertible proof for all articles that link to it by association. Please observe the simpler policy of
