Translation of the Education and Culture sections from the Italian version and addition of an image

Hello, I am a student at the University of Bergamo enrolled in the masters Planning and Management of Tourism Systems. I am currently working on a project (Wikipedia:GLAM/UNIBG/Heritage studies and ICT) for my Heritage Studies and ICT course. I added the Education section - with the "Universities" part - and the Culture section - with the "Libraries", "Museums", and "Cuisine" parts - which I translated from the Italian version. I also added an image of the Tiramisù in the Cuisine part.
