Plagal cadence

I don't understand this:

Turnarounds are based off of the Plagal Cadence in which a musical phrase ends in a dominant chord, usually a Major Fifth.

Plagal cadences don't end in dominant chords, and a "Major Fifth" doesn't quite describe a chord either. Pre10s 21:28, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Creative potential" section: NPOV? OR?

This entire section looks like the conclusion of a magazine article on "the magic of turnarounds." The one citation doesn't support the rest of the information given. I'm putting the tags in, please refer to talk here. Thanks.BassHistory (talk) 11:19, 9 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

OK, as there is no dispute, maybe not NPOV. But the section looks questionable.BassHistory (talk) 11:25, 9 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Tadd Dameron turnaround proposed merger

I have proposed at Talk:Tadd_Dameron_turnaround that the page Tadd Dameron turnaround be merged into this page.BassHistory (talk) 08:31, 14 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No reason given, no support. Discussion closed with no merge. Hyacinth (talk) 00:22, 10 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
