Evidence for this? The Biographical Directory of the United States Congress from 2005 lists him only as ad interim. There's occasional errors there, so they might be wrong, but are there any reliable sources that confirm what you're saying? The person in the position of secretary of housing and urban development oversees housing needs and focuses on improving and developing communities.

What is the term limit? Well, like any cabinet member, the term is over when that president's term is over. Unless, of course the person holding that position is re-nominated by the new president.

What is their position in the line of succession? They are the 13th in the line of succession.

When did Roy A. Bernardi become acting secretary? Roy Bernardi became the 14th Secretary to hold this position on April 19, 2008.

What are some of his other accomplishments? Mr. Bernardi has: ☺ been Deputy(vice) Secretary of housing and Urban Develpoment ☺ been the 51st mayor of Syracuse, Ny ☺ Recieved countless awards for his good-doing actions

I am not confident enough to unilaterally make a change, but I believe that the current photo of her is photoshopped. I believe this for two reasons. One, her collar looks artificial and improbably placed. 2. Her official portrait on her own page is with the same outfit but a more traditional and natural-looking collar.
