Vampires

Somebody needs to add information on Taika Waititi’s wonderful movie “What We Do in the Shadows” and the TV spin-off that grew out of it. Best addition to vampire lore in the last 20 years! 174.109.31.23 (talk) 15:31, 13 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Already listed on the appropriate page, List of vampire television series. — The Hand That Feeds You:Bite 14:59, 15 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It is mentioned ONLY once and is not even wikilinked. 194.102.58.6 (talk) 09:11, 15 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know if there is any reason for it to be mentioned more, but I added the link. --RL0919 (talk) 16:02, 15 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Vampires entering houses uninvited

I cannot find a mention of vampires being unable to enter a dwelling uninvited in the appropriate section in Spences An Encyclopaedia of Occultism (1960), as is linked in references, (or 1920, which isn't) in the vampire subcategory or any other. I am new to wikipedia so unsure if this is because it is in a later edition (which I looked for but couldn't find) or in one of the references listed in the vampire entry in the source. It is of course possible that I could not find it. Some cursory research suggests that Leo Allatius' De Graecorum hodie quorundam opinationibus may discuss this also, but I cannot find an English language version of it. Apologies if this is formatted badly or if the listed source has the information and I missed it. Jinjajam (talk) 01:57, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
