Oppose, I think. Is there an actual square that is a postal address, or is it an "area" as the other article says? Either way, developments and streets etc should not really be mixed up, pathetic though the current stub is. Oppose. This RM is the product of a merge request, and some misleading advice given to the proposer, see Talk:Victoria Square, Belfast.
