I've some doubt about whether Te Atua Mahuru is the river's source, which is what the 2018 Regional Council report on the river says, or whether the Topo map and NZGB Gazeteer are right to show Te Atuaoparapara as the source. I've changed the article to the latter, as my guess is that they're more likely to be correct and the 2018 report may just have used this article. Is my guess right?
