This page has been fully-protected after some back-and-forth editing between one IP editor and one registered editor.

I think edit by the IP editor 2601:188:180:b8e0:65f5:930c:b0b2:cd63 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) are largely meritorious edits, not vandalism. Some of the edits delete text, but only text that should be deleted, and never without an edit summary explaining. The edits are made to improve the article and including explanatory summaries, e.g.,

  • [1] ("rv residual crap"), cleaning vandalism ("puke green")
  • [2] ("advert tag, prior to cleanup")
  • [3] ("pare some unsourced, promotional, and non notable achievement"); doing what it says, cutting out lots of peacocking unsourced fluff (although it introduced a typo, changing "With" to "WThe" when "The" was obviously intended; this is right at the top and may have made it appear to be vandalism).
  • [4] ("Clubs:
    WP:NOTDIRECTORY
    ; we don't do clubs
"), removing lots of unsourced and likely not current and not particularly noteworthy list of student clubs at the school
  • [5] reverting the {{advert}} tag placed prior to cleanup.

In short, I see these as good edits, improvements to the article, and don't see a reason to revert them or to report them as vandalism.

I do note that there are some recent edits ([6], [7], [8]) made by other IP editors, and maybe that led registered editors to confuse the quality edits made by 2601:188:180:b8e0:65f5:930c:b0b2:cd63 with those; but we shouldn't throw the baby out with the bathwater here.
