The article indicates Clingan emigrated from Scotland. His Congressional biography says he was probably born in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The Scottish reference should probably be replaced though I'll dig further to make sure. Allreet (talk) 05:29, 24 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
