Correcting capitalization

Microsoft refers to it has WinDbg and not Windbg, I suggest changing the topic title. -- Shawn12341234, 05:20, 15 December 2005

Warrens moved the page to "WinDbg" on 17 Jan 2006. I made a few extra corrections to spelling and capitalization just now. - Lawrence King 06:41, 10 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Too technical?

The article is tagged as too technical. Is this justified for something as inherently technical as a debugger? Possibly it could do with a brief additional explanation of what debugging is for the non-expert, but I don't see any point in making the entire article comprehensible to all. Some of the links (like http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/cc163833.aspx ) no longer works; I don't know the exact process on how to insert web.archive.org links — Preceding unsigned comment added by 170.74.231.19 (talk) 21:36, 19 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

History

When first version of WinDbg is released? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kopcanski (talkcontribs) 15:41, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that there should be more history presented, including major releases, and especially mentioning the initial/original/first release.
