Small and Large Cities

- Seems that all of the Table of United States Metropolitan Statistical Areas in Idaho (Boise-Nampa, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Falls, Pocatello, and Lewiston) should be represented as "large cities", rather than getting crowded out by Boise suburbs. Green
Is there a particular reason why this template is green? I understand the idea is to try to match the green in the flag, but it doesn't exactly match. Wouldn't it be better to just go with the default used by {{
