I have re-organised the template along date and location lines. I have also removed all the flags as there were too many and just added to the confusion. I also removed the image of Leinster House as it gives undue prominence to that building. The 20th century list has been split between Dublin and Belfast, geographic location rather than political entity at the time, also it's shorter to have Dublin then Irish Republic / Southern Ireland / Irish Free State / Éire / Ireland / Republic of Ireland.
