Tumbes is a
Piura Region and Ecuador on the south and the Contralmirante Villar Province on the west. Its capital is Tumbes, which is also the regional capital.[1]

- East: Zarumilla Province
- South: Piura Region and Ecuador
- West: Contralmirante Villar Province
