Fire Team Nova, or FTN is a series of sketches, stories and comics. The story is written by Seth Garcia and multiple others. In the present day, Alex Jones, a young fifteen year old boy is getting ready to celebrate his birthday. He hears of gruesome attacks on civilians by what seems and looks like deranged men. Alex has troubles sleeping as he sees strange red eyes outside of his home. The next day as his birthday party is going on, he sees a man being ripped apart in a parked car outside his home and not long after another family member also sees it and panics causing the creature to hear it. The creature than breaks into the home along with a few more of its kinds and brutally kills Alex's entire family right in front of him. Trying to run upstairs, Alex's father shoots one dead but is attacked by another as well as the mother. Crying and screaming another few hear him and attempt to attack and devour Alex but are killed by a sword and hammer through the skulls. Alex is than rescued by two anthropomorphic people and brought back to train to fight against the creatures. After picking up a sword in the armory, Alex has a vision where time in reality stands still no matter the length of time in the vision. He comes upon a middle aged man named Barry Dox, who gives him a tour of the place he is at. Afterward he tells of his life as a "Wolf" and that it is time for Alex to become one now, to which Alex agrees and trains for around five years. After leaving that vision Alex along with the two strangers who reveal their names to be Puffle and Scar, dive into a firefight with the creatures that attacked Alex's family. After clearing the area, the trio split up with ten soldiers, named Exorcist Troops, down three different directions in the city. After going down in the same direction for some time, Puffle gets a message of a giant spider in his block from Scar and immediately calls Alex to bring his troops to Scar's block. The spider was sent by the evil Commander Snake who created the abominations. The spider was sent to finally rid of the trio as they continuously kill countless numbers of his creatures which are known as "Z-Morphs". After a bombing of spider, the spider is dazed and steps on Scar's leg, sparking a fire in Alex which allows him to use the blade named "The Chosen One" and slays the spider. Scar is than taken to a nearby haven to be treated. Snake is holding Alex's last relative, his sister Jenna, hostage on his main carrier and tells her he will release her once he joins his side. Alex has a vision again but is somewhere else, he is by a big dark stormy area with a beaten, worn down mansion. A mutilated form of Barry chases Alex through the mansion, but Alex finds The Chosen One in a hallway and uses it to defend himself and locks himself in a room filled with tombs of past Wolves. Barry manages to become stable and tells Alex that Jenna has been left at the base of the John Hancock Center in Chicago. Alex convinces Puffle to gather some troops to attempt to find Jenna. The trio and some troops find a small group of survivors but no sign of Jenna is found. Alex visits Dox once again and kills Dox to finally put his soul to rest. As Alex returned to reality, a bomb raid conducted by Snake was started and the trio gathered as many survivors as possible unto the choppers. A backstory is shown that Barry worked with Snake for this very moment to happen and is even killed for the plan to work right. The trio than ready themselves for a final stand against Snake as it is seen that there are large readings of Morphs in California. After landing on a beach the trio and army take the beach after heavy casualties including shrapnel from a mine that is found in Alex's back during that, Alex went back to the Wolves Den and fought through every deceased Wolf in the Hall of Bones, but was woken up as soon as the fight began. Puffle views Snakes main carrier and gathers Scar and some pilots to fly up and infiltrate the ship. Alex being eager to earn his sword, wishes to go with but is rejected as he is still injured. A man named Caleb Taylor gives Alex a ride up to the carrier and Alex immediately searches every room he can find and finally finds Snake's room. Finally after defeating the Wolves in the Hall of Bones, Alex becomes a worthy wielder of The Chosen One and breaks through the door to Snakes room. Snake kills Jenna and Alex unleashes his anger on Snake seemingly killing him as he says he has stopped the joining of multiple more Morph carriers into the fight. A nuclear bomb is set to blow in the chest piece of Snakes armor and Alex stays back to attempt to stop it and tells Scar and Puffle to run and get everyone aboard a civilian transport jet. As they fly away, Puffle and Scar watch as the nuke goes off. Scar tells Puffle of a power similar to Alex's is present on the jet.

Fire Team Nova Book II: Strike By Night

Plot

Almost immediately after the events of DOTD, Scar and Puffle sense the same power that Alex Jones had. The two discuss finding him and find the boy who reveals that his name is Sin Garcia. The two allow Sin to stay with them. That night Sin has a vision in the Wolves Den and meets with Quincy Dox, who explains to him what happened before he was chosen. Quincy attempts to convince Sin to start training for his Chosen One sword. Sin chooses to think the choice over. Sin travels back to the Valley but instead is in the dark half of the location. Upon fleeing Sin is chased by a horrifically decayed Berry Dox, Quincy's brother. Sin is caught and dragged into the mansion. Running through the first floor of the mansion, Sin sees a light in a hall and assumes it is safety. Reaching the light Sin finds The Chosen One and stops Berry from attacking him. The rotting Berry tells Sin to train with Quincy and sends Sin back to reality. A flashback scene starts with Alex Jones watching as civilian transport leaves. Knowing he can't stop the bomb, Alex talks with the body of Commander Snake. Taking one last trip to the Wolves Den before the bomb goes off, Alex seemingly is in another place. He sees a red light and approaches it. The red light is Snake and the two argue with the conversation ending with Snake telling Alex to wake up. Upon returning, Alex sees that Snake's body is gone and an escape pod has been used. In fury, Alex kills Snake's wife and daughter. Trying to escape the bomb goes off. Sin wakes up without Puffle or Scar with him, causing him to wonder curiously bumping into a girl on accident. Sin hears strange noises in an alley and inspects what made the noise. He runs into a boy whom he joins in running from a Crawler. The two hide and the boys father who reveals his name to be Marcus(The boy) and Sam Birchen(Marcus' father). They invite Sin over for dinner but the haven they are at is attacked by Snake's soldiers and Morphs. As Sin and Marcus prepare to fight, Sin visits the Wolves Den and trains for five years(Time stands still in the Wolves Den.) and earns his Chosen One. Returning back to reality, Sin fights off the Morphs with the blade. the remaining survivors move into three groups to find a new place to refuge. Waking up chained to a wall naked, Puffle and Scar break free and find out they are kept in a fortress built by Snake and his soldiers. A voice is heard and is revealed to be Blake followed By Snake's voice. Puffle and Snake clash resulting in Blake being cut in half from blades swinging. In anger, Snake punches Scar and Puffle through the walls of the fortress. After Sin finds the two they continue travel. Along the way one group is ambushed and Sin leaves his own group to save others. Afterward, Sin, Puffle, and Scar get into an argument causing Sin to run away from the group. Meanwhile, Snake has retrieved some shards from the crystal that allowed him to control the Morphs and attempts to earn his place in a line of evil kings and queens. Walking through the forest, Sin found a couple spirits who attempt to lure him farther into the forest but goes to the Wolves Den to talk to Quincy only to enter into the mansion on the dark side. The couple attack Sin but fail to kill him. Puffle travels to find new places to stay but is ambushed by Snake. Sin attempts to fight Snake with Puffle but Snake escapes and tries to attack the camp where Scar and the survivors are. The trio start a plan to evacuate the survivors and lead them to the next group but the plan is predicted by Snake who sends Morphs into the forest. After witnessing Scar get shot in the head, Sin unleashes the full power of the Wolf inside him. Snake as well unleashes a dark power inside and the two fight. Finally, Sin finishes Snake off for good by cutting him into multiple pieces. A dying Scar, gives his Wolf power to Sin before dying in Sin's arms. In an epilogue, Sin tells Marcus and his father that they need a new member to fight off the Morphs, to which they agree. The book ends with Sin and the others fighting a large wave of Morphs, leading to the start of the next story.

Fire Team Nova III

Premise

Three years after the events of Strike By Night, Sin, Puffle, Marcus, and Sam, continue their fight on the remaining Morphs as Snake has been finished. On their way through the U.S and other countries, they discover new Morphs and two strangers.

Regular Characters

Sin Garcia

Sin, is a twelve year old boy, turning thirteen at books end, who loses his family as Alex has. He is a kind boy, who is strong in will and protecting other. He is chosen to become the next Wolf after Scar senses power in him. He is a well trained fighter and earns his The Chosen One blade. He is seen at the end of Fire Team Nova: Dawn Of The Dead as a cameo and revealing of a new book.

Alex Jones

Jones is a fifteen year old boy who starts his journey with some sorrow as his family is brutally mauled in front of his own eyes but is rescued in time before he himself is killed by his two partners Puffle the Otter, and Scar the Wolf. Alex is a kind, energetic, optimistic most days but can get quite angry and dangerous when when his friends are in trouble and in need of help. Jones also in his journey must earn a powerful blade and strength known as "The Chosen One", and must go through hard training to truly be worthy of the blade to fight for all humanity.

Puffle the Otter

Puffle, also called Puff by Scar and Alex, is an

The Crawler is a hunched over, agile creature and according to the series are made of human toddlers injected with the serum made by Commander Snake and are horrifically transformed into the Crawler. They are pale creatures and have long snouts like a dog almost, along with long sharp claws that tear through most things with some effort.

Creepy Charlie

Charlie's are Morphs made exclusively out of women. They are tall ugly beings that lose all any muscle or organ in the torso area and is replaced with a mouth full of rows of large, sharp teeth with a long tongue that grabs from inside. The arms of the creatures are disfigured hardened muscle that are capable of smashing large bolder with ease. They wear a skirt with holes in it but nothing but eyes can be seen from the rips and tears.

Quincy or also called Quince by Barry and Alex, is the brother of Barry and oldest son of the ruler of the Wolves, King Damian Dox. Quincy is currently the sixth strongest Wolf in the clan and is accompanied by five Great Wolves. Not much is known of the five other than that they contain the strength of gods. Quincy is designed and was inspired to somewhat resemble the powerful

Batton is a(obvious)Sergeant in the Second Demon Slayer Squadron in the U.S Army. Batton is to make some more appearances in the sequel.

Jenna, is Alex's 20 year old sister who is out in college before the story begins and makes brief appearances throughout.

Blake is Commander Snakes best friend and assists Snake with patrols and deployments of Morphs. Not much is known of Blake besides that he is Snakes best friend and

Exorcist Soldiers

The army that is seen mainly in this series is a surviving faction of the US Army named "Demon Hunter", "Second Demon Slayer Squadron" and "Hell Corps". The soldiers use a new assault rifle named the "DMK-45" and a handgun named "Angel Song". Both have ammunition that has been filled with a serum which upon impact explodes and traps some spirits killing it.

Third Book & Multiverse Ideas

The comic for Strike By Night is still being written and illustrated. Book has been finished and is being proofread. New characters and villains are introduced in the third installment. Multiple different parallel universes have come into works. A few examples of a new alternate earth are called "Shattered Hope", "MuerTierra", and "Myrth".
