Information icon Hello. Regarding the recent reverts you made: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template index/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 01:18, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

OK, thanks for the info but I find these template things kinda confusing. 94.25.85.100 (talk) 18:16, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, no worries. There is no strict requirement to use them, but there's a general expectation ("Be helpful: explain" in the editing policy) to provide at least provide some kind of explanation for your edits. This could be an informative edit summary or a message on an editor's talk page. You don't have to use a template, and you'd be welcome to write own ones. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 00:15, 15 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
