Kelly Tran

Biographies of living persons (BLP) must have references. If you look at a similar article such as

reliable sources. Also see template:cite web. A good way to learn, is to look at other similar articles: "edit" them to see their code. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 06:09, 20 February 2014 (UTC)[reply

Your recent edits

talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts
. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 07:12, 20 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It looks like your notability issue has been resolved by SGGH. Notability policy can be found Wikipedia:Notability, Wikipedia:Notability (people), Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies). Should this be Ms. United States America? With the period / full-stop after the Ms and No "International"? Do you have a spell checker on your browser? I couldn't survive without one! BTW: The date format for US articles should be February 20, 2014. Just about everywhere else it is 20 February 2014. Jim1138 (talk) 20:17, 20 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The tag at the top was placed there by Huon. You might ask her/him. Huon did remove one source: http://ngoisao.vn/hau-truong/hoa-hau/hoa-hau-kelly-trang-tran-sac-dep-toa-sang-tu-long-thien-nguyen-125238.htm. Is this a blog? If so, its reliability might be in question. Though if the blogger's reliability has been clearly established, that could be an exception. Foreign language sources are acceptable. Hope this helps. Huon might be of assistance suggesting sources or fixes, so ask! Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 08:41, 21 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you Jim, the website is not a blog, it's Vietnamese magazine website ADT (talk) 21:12, 21 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Kelly Tran

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read

the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard

to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on

section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.kellytrangtran.com/about.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing
.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by

visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
