response to your question

Hello, Anilakeo. :) As my userpage says, I prefer to conduct my conversations about volunteer matters transparently, on Wikipedia. Because there's no privacy concern in your email, I am responding here.

You are not required to contact the administrator who deletes a page prior to creating a new one on the same subject. What the text says is, "If you are recreating a page similar to the previously deleted page, or are unsure, please first contact the deleting administrator using the information provided below." It's helpful to read the reason a page was deleted and decide if this will be a problem for the article you want to create. In this case, the page was deleted because the person who created it violated the copyright of one or more of his sources. As long as your article complies with our copyright policies (see

Wikipedia:Copy-paste for a brief overview), there is no reason at all that you can't create the article you would like. In fact, replacing articles that are deleted for copyright problems only is much appreciated. :) If there were more time and people working in copyright cleanup, I would love to see all of them replaced. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 13:35, 17 February 2015 (UTC)[reply
