As other people said, this draft still sounds very promotional. For example, claim that festival one of the major classical music festivals held in Romania needs strong sourcing and attribution. (x said blah).

Words like "extraordinary" and "young talent" are not neutral terms.

I recommend finding more sources to back up the claims and establish notability. (From my quick search, it seems to be a major festival, this article just needs more in-depth sources talking about the festival in particular)
