Thanks for letting me know about this. As a major contributor to this article years ago, although I do agree that some unsourced content needs to have sources added, I fail to see the issue with the fact that it uses "excessive primary sources." Why is this an issue anyway? It's hard enough to get proper citations on articles; why make it harder by discouraging use of primary sources? I strongly disagree with this policy anyway and I could understand if the concern if this was a featured article, but to make this a reason to re-assess the Good Article status is a bit of a stretch IMO.
