This draft was due to be deleted tomorrow for being stale (CSD G13) and when I looked at the page history, I saw the AFD last spring. The article was moved to Draft space so you could work on it. I see that you haven't been active lately, but I thought I'd just remind you that the draft is still here and is now due to be deleted in April 2023 unless it is improved, submitted to AFC and can get moved back to the main space of the project.
