Request reason:

I am not doing any promotion. * I tried to create my page which was a fault as I was new and didn't know what I was doing. * 2nd page that I created was of a government organization in

Urban Development Directorate Uttarakhand. It was accepted. * 3rd page that I created was of a Non-Profit Organization NIINE Movements, I wanted to create a page for that because mensuration is a taboo topic in India and nobody talk about it. They came forward to support it and working to spread awareness about it, which was again not promotion. My language might be promotional because I'm still new and finding hard to chose right words but the idea was not. It was nominated for AFD, I was arguing about it on the talk page of niine movement , everybody was getting convinced as i provided reliable sources as well. Then I got busy somewhere and didn't get the time to reply on that so article got deleted. * 4th article that I was creating was for a crypto currency exchange. Its 1st official exchange in gulf countries. I am a user on this website and thought of creating a page for it. Suhail Al Zarooni himself is a part of it. My language was again promotional so I was having discussion about it on this page - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Barkeep49#Cryptobulls_exchange Please have a look on the facts above, and please unblock me as I'm just trying hard to make wikipedia better. Decline reason:

"Working to spread awareness" is the definition of promotion. Wikipedia articles cannot be just for spreading awareness, it is for subjects with significant coverage in independent

notable as Wikipedia defines it. Cryptocurrencies are a dime a dozen(in other words, very common) and very few of them actually merit articles. I think it is very possible for you to be unblocked, but you will need to better show that you understand the requirements of articles, notability, and what promotion is here. Request reason:

In my last request I didn't say I was spreading awareness. I said niine movements was spreading awareness for a noble cause. I tried to make wikipedia for them because it was worth being on wikipedia because it is a first NGO who come forward to talk about a taboo topic like mensuration in India. Secondly I understand cryptocurrency is very common but I was talking about first official Crypto currency exchange in GCC countries. Isn't it a big thing which is worth being on wikipedia. Hello Admins, I have been reading articles and policies lately and found what I did wrong in my previous attempts to create articles. I understand why I got banned now. I would definitely take care of these issues in future and instead of creating new articles which is a difficult task for a new users like me, i'll try to improve existing articles to begin with. I now understand the difference between a promotional content and neutral content, which will definitely help me grow in my english language and in updating wiki as well. I am requesting to unblock me only if you think it is suitable to do that, else please guide me if you think I still need a warm up with wiki policies.
