Fast Wikidataing
Hi DanGFSouza, if you don't mind me asking, how did you link Nekonomics to Wikidata so fast? And is there a way to see if other articles have existing Wikidata ids? Thanks, CMD (talk) 16:14, 12 February 2025 (UTC)
- Hi. I opened the Tools menu and clicked on "Add interlanguage links":a window popped out where it said to link a page to an existing Wikipedia article in another language, via wikidata's centralizing hub. Then I've put on the Japanese Wikipedia code (jawiki) and article name (ネコノミクス) on the respective boxes, and done! I always do it when I'm sure a page exists in another language and people forget or doesn't know how to link to other Wikipedias.
- You can check if a page has a Wikidata id on the Tools menu, at "In other projects" subheading. Hope I helped. DanGFSouza (talk) 17:29, 12 February 2025 (UTC)
- Ah okay, thanks. I've always done it through wikidata directly. CMD (talk) 00:07, 13 February 2025 (UTC)
- I've tried it out. Thanks again, helpful. CMD (talk) 02:37, 15 February 2025 (UTC)

Dmitry Parkin in Wikidata
Hello! Thank you for assigning a Wikidata identifier to my article. But I wanted to draw your attention to the fact that there was a slight confusion. In Wikidata, Dmitry Alexandrovich PaSHkin, and in my article, Dmitry Alexandrovich PaRkin. They are different persons. It's just that in Russian, their full names differ by only one letter (Ш and Р). Is there any way to fix this? ~ Leonid "Leo" Belov (talk) 15:06, 14 February 2025 (UTC)
- I noticed the error quickly and reverted the error. Thanks! DanGFSouza (talk) 15:55, 14 February 2025 (UTC)
