Changing the original title of a c't article
Please refrain from changing the original title of the c't article "Jede dritte stirbt den Hitzetod" to something different. The original title/quotation is perfectly sound German, there is no need to change it at all, and changing it does not only slightly alter the meaning, but is also wrong because the original is the actual title of the c't article. Just so you know, you seem to be teetering on the 3RR with your reversions of the spinoff thing. If the editor makes the change again it would probably be best to let another editor revert it. I agree with your position on there so I'll keep an eye out for the change and make the revert if it happens again.--Oni Ookami AlfadorTalk|@ 19:07, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

In a recent edit to the page Grand Theft Auto IV, you changed one or more words from one international variety of English to another. Because Wikipedia has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English in Wikipedia articles.
For subjects exclusively related to Britain (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to other English-speaking countries, such as Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, use the appropriate variety of English used there. If it is an international topic, use the same form of English the original author used.
In view of that, please don't change articles from one version of English to the other, even if you don't normally use the version the article is written in. Respect other people's versions of English. They in turn should respect yours. Other general guidelines on how Wikipedia articles are written can be found in the

Mass Effect 2
Hello, I am Kilkia and, unfortunately, I had to undo your changes to the plot section for the game. I hope you understand, but the original version was better. It introduced Shepard earlier, and fit in better in context; because the Normandy was introduced as under attack, it seems fitting that Shepard be introduced with it as its commanding officer and the main protagonist. While your edits are quite excellent and well-intentioned, I think that just stating that Commander Shepard rescues Joker without any mention of who Shepard is just seems off; a newcomer may not know that Shepard is the main protagonist. On this matter, stating how Shepard flies away admist explosions is unnecessary. He is flung away because the Normandy is attacked; the explosions are just background happenings and don't actually affect him - they are the result of the Normandy being destroyed, which is what is summarized already.
I do not normally post apologies/explanations such as this one, but I felt it appropriate, as I had to undo two of your other minor changes to the plot in order to overall undo one main change. Thus, it seems I was 'undo-happy' after undoing three of your changes in rapid succession. Sorry for that, but I hope you understand why I undid your changes to the plot. Again, it is nothing personal. I just believe, yes it is just my opinion, that the original version was better and looks quite professional. :)
-- Kilkia123 (talk) 22:37, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
- Hi again, and thank you for your mature response to my above message. Now, however, some editors have decided to "simplify" the plot section of the game. Could you please take a look at the current plot section and discuss any changes you do not like? I have made a post of my opinion in the discussion page. I for one believe the original plot version as of your latest edits was the better version. I am not trying to be rude to the other editors, but now there are quite a few things wrong with the current plot section, including grammar and information being needlessly taken out.
- I have read your response, and I'll have to agree I suppose. While I still don't believe the old version was "too long," compromising will, like you said, work out better than fighting for something most others don't agree on. Thanks for actually replying; nobody else has said a word in the discussion page. I'll put in some time soon to edit the whole thing for the various grammatical errors I see. I also might add in some information, however, as some parts of the current plot section don't seem to make much sense without added context. -- Kilkia123 (talk) 19:12, 15 February 2010 (UTC)

This is a note to let the main editors of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare know that the article will be appearing as today's featured article on November 5, 2011. Hi Dibol,
Please don't rephrase sentence like you did to the article on Mass Effect 3. 'The fanbase' implies every single fan. If you can find a source that backs that up, add it. If not, 'some fans' is sufficient. Thanks, and happy editing. --Soetermans. T / C 10:14, 20 March 2012 (UTC)

Aliens: Colonial Marines
Hi Dibol,
Concerning this edit, why do you think this is better? It's the plot of the optional downloadable content, which isn't necessarily part of the main game itself. Like this and other media that act as prequels, it doesn't make sense to put it before the plot of what the article is actually about. --Soetermans. T / C 22:30, 16 February 2014 (UTC)
While the DLC is optional content, the story is part of the game's canon regardless of player/fan reception. Long before the DLC came out, the entire story was incomplete especially when it came to explaining Corporal Hicks's survival. I honestly feel that putting prequel content after the main story just doesn't make the summary feel right, at all, regardless of the story content being optional DLC, or part of the main game. Splinter Cell: Conviction's plot summary worked fine regardless of the co-op content not being DLC, and I'm just trying to keep things consistent. Dibol (talk) 00:00, 17 February 2014 (UTC)

FYI, you expand a summary in List of The Blacklist episodes in this edit. I believe the opening sentences (not added by you) were copied from this site. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Destiny (video game). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. - Ferret, how was my recent edit considered disruptive? After looking at Destiny's talk page, Mika1h actually reviewed the cited sources in question that made sense. Let me copy and paste it here. "From what I gathered reading those articles and seeing some YouTube videos, the game is single player in the same vein as other MMOs in that you can solo it, but there are still other people running around on the same server. That would make it multiplayer-only game, no matter what Bungie claims. --Mika1h (talk) 23:57, 9 September 2014 (UTC)" From my perspective here, everyone on that discussion page seems to be clinging into the idea that "because Bungie was completely vague about the game, the "Single Player/Multiplayer" modes should be fine as it is. Well, I don't see that is the case. From the ground up, Bungie's claim of a "Persistent World game" exactly functions like an ]

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block.
I see you were blocked last month for edit-warring, so I'm sure you know what this notice means; it's a formality, I'm afraid. >SerialNumber54129...speculates 14:36, 15 February 2018 (UTC)
