You asked for a welcome template, here it is! :^) LilianaUwU (talk / contributions) 00:46, 17 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@LilianaUwU: Thanks.
It sure is much better than a message of attack and vandalism at the same time.
I don't want my talk page associated with vandalism, I'm not an active editor on en.wiki.
Thank you again. Elder N (talk) 00:52, 17 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

September 2023

Information icon Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made to The Spiders from Mars: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template index/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 06:06, 30 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@TechnoSquirrel69: Thanks for the tip friend.
I'm not active in many edits here on English Wikipedia, as it's not my language, I'm from Portuguese Wikipedia.
I only take action here when necessary, so I didn't know the codes to warn when there is vandalism and I didn't apply them. Elder N (talk) 12:51, 30 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
No problem! I just thought I'd leave you a message so you're better informed in the future. Thanks again for your work to combat vandalism! TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 15:26, 30 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your objection to my contents on INSEAD

HI Elder N, I founded that you have labelled my contents on INSEAD as spam and promotion. I find this a surprise as they are full cited, written in neutral language, providing facts that are important to understand about the school and above all encyclopedically synthetic.

Can you be specific about your objection? Any fact not cited with third-party link? Any fact that is irrelevant? Any fact that is not synthetic?

I saw that you also proposed me to be banned. I guess we can address this ban at the same time by discussing this openly.

Let's have a healthy debate. I started writing for wikipedia 15 years ago and would love to understand modern viewpoints of of modern admins.

Thanks, Heyyo2020 (talk) 07:21, 24 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Elder N hey, it’s Heyyo 2020. So instead of an open and straightforward rule-based debate, you chose to block me without valid reasons. So did the other admins involved. As a longtime contributor to Wikipedia, I find this behavior by admins offensive and a symptom of abuse of power.
Regardless, I still would like to have this debate once and forever. Please respond. 2001:EE0:1C00:2014:5CCA:5945:A1CD:EE0D (talk) 08:40, 28 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
