Despicable Me 2

I've only been adding some useful information with real sources on Despicable Me 2. Why it wasn't sourcable? I saw Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and The Care Bears Movie having over 100,000 bytes in their Wikipedia pages and i though, Despicable Me 2 could reach this with more of its production. Why did you think it wasn't worth putting that information on Despicable Me 2?

If that good article doesnt have always to be over 100,000 bytes to be good, then why did Frozen and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Versegot over 300,000 and 100,000 bytes respectively? Do you like those kinds of films and not those of Illumination? I mean, not all Disney or Pixar animated films must always have 100,000 bytes. Why does matter all that information i putted on Despicable Me 2? Does it something wrong? I've though most viewers could discover more about Despicable Me 2, and with 100,000 bytes this wikipedia article could be special! So why does that matter?

Can you tell me? I'm waiting an answer.

Saw user
WP:CRYSTAL which mentions that films in development without a title or release date can be removed from a article until they were given a title, release date, or they were currently in development. I assumed it was going to be applied as well on other film studio-related articles, both Despicable Me 4 and the Pharrell Williams film fit the criteria. I hope this is more clear, -Gouleg (TalkContribs) 01:31, 4 April 2019 (UTC)[reply

Editing Sing and MVA

I know, but Moana and Coco seem to have similar characters which are against a protagonist's desire of music through in the end they warm up to it, and Sing got the bank rappresentative, that's why i though they were similars. For Monsters vs. Aliens, i've added some consequences and reason why it did not become remembered as much as other films are, and did not get a sequel. I mean, Spiderverse, Frozen, Incredibles 2, should be the reasons why.

I have not seen Moana yet but, in my point of view, the main conflict in Sing is Buster maintaining the theater afloat and the bank represntative just wants to take it down because of financial problems, not because she doesnt want Buster to express his artistic desire, unlike Coco in which the reason of why the Rivera family doesnt want Miguel to pursue his musician career was because it was thought Imelda's husband left her family for music, to which led to a hatred of music within the family. (If something, the character story arc that best resembles the Coco conflict would be Johnny's not Buster's)
Also, saying that those films were the reason of why MVA was not successful goes aganist
More info on that -Gouleg (TalkContribs) 19:52, 23 April 2019 (UTC)[reply

It's True about the plot for Hotel Transylvania 4, look and read at this Link?

https://studybreaks.com/tvfilm/top-family-movies-2021/

What’s better than a hotel filled with monsters of all shapes and sizes? You’ll be pressed to find an answer in the lovable fourth installment of the “Hotel Transylvania” series, which follows Count Dracula and his adventures with his monster friends and family. This movie leads Dracula and his motley crew to outer space in the wake of an alien invasion. The planned release of “Hotel Transylvania 4” is on Aug. 6.

@
reliable source cite this specific synopsis, including Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, and Deadline Hollywood; neither does the film's webpage say anything. Googling "hotel transylvania 4 aliens" only brings up fan wikis and personal webpages, which are not reliable sources. I can only assume the author of the article stumbled upon one of these websites while looking for info about the film and thought it was legit. -Gouleg🛋️ (StalkHound) 04:36, 25 February 2021 (UTC)[reply

Baldi

Even on their first reply in the iCarly 2021 talk page, it is clear that BaldiBasicsFan isn’t there for a civil discussion. They already framed it like I’ve threatened them and that my behavior hasn’t improved. They’re going to continue to frame it as if I’m the problem child. To me, it seems like they’re trying to agitate so they can be seen as “more civil” and make a self-fulfilling prophecy surrounding my behavior. I really don’t think they’re acting in good faith, and it makes it very difficult to continue the discussion--CreecregofLife (talk) 14:09, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You edited the Minions before. What do you think is inaccurate?Highwatermark1 (talk) 19:44, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Highwatermark1: Mostly in the lead, you grouped the rest of the cast as "additional voices" even though they had poster billing. The previous revision of the Plot section was also more concise and better written -Gouleg🛋️ harass/hound (she/her) 20:12, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Then don't revert it, change it. The other corrections are right.Highwatermark1 (talk) 20:15, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, but the rest of the cast are not additional voices, Pierre Coffin might voice the main characters but the distributor billed him alongside the main cast. The changes in the Plot section also don't make much sense grammatically, such as "they accidentally end up killing all their masters: roll a T. rex into a volcano, allow a caveman to get eaten by a bear", these verbs should be in present participle ("rolling a T. rex..., allowing a caveman...") instead of infinitive because the sentence is listing the actions that happened. The other minor edit you made was linking

Hmm, I'm sure you read a lot online; words ending in ing are definitely not used very often or if they are used other words are added. Go check. Rewriting the section and avoiding those words is a good thing.Highwatermark1 (talk) 21:33, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Sing

How would you want me to describe what happened?

I still don't understand why the squid were there in the first place, but I assume it was because the lights fell and broke. Also, I would think the power being out should at least be mentioned.

And then they gave the final performances not in a vacant lot, but in what they could put in place using the materials from the old theater and what looked like new lumber and such.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 22:26, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Vchimpanzee: The part "Also, the power goes out because the bill was not paid, and Buster uses an extension cord to steal power from a nearby building" does not seem written in a way to add to the description and looks more of a hastily added detail. I have no problem describing how the squid tank was there in the first place (but you forgot to add the word "glass tank" in the scene where the bears arrive after you moved that description). The fact that the stage was improvised from the rubble is more of a detail, it's not like Buster restored the entire theater in that scene

I meant to add glass tank and thought I did. I didn't say Buster restored the entire theater. That happened at the very end.

    I had
WP:FILMBIO about how to deal with dub credits, my conclusion was that dub credits are not really necessary in an actor's filmography, but yeah I forgot to set an exception for actual voice actors. Anyway I don't think it's necessary to specify that the actor was in both Italian and Latin American Spanish dubs, but I'm currently focusing on Mexican actors so Italian voice actors are out of my editing scope.
