Matthew Marks Gallery
A general standard for Wiki lists is to include only names that are notable, and notability is usually established by having a Wiki article written about that person. This is because Wiki is an encyclopedia - not a white pages directory of every person who may have exhibited at a particular gallery. Because you indicated that you were working towards articles on the names you repeatedly inserted in this article, I waited a week before removing the names without articles. If you need to keep the full list somewhere, you can keep it on the article's talk page, on your user page, or on your own hard drive - there is no need to keep reinserting the names in the article. Speedy deletion of "Nayland Blake"
A page you created, Nayland Blake, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it is about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how they are important or significant, and thus why they should be included in an encyclopedia. - As reviewing administrator, I think the article even in the first version not only asserted notability, but demonstrated it firmly and unmistakable. This was an excessively hasty speedy nomination by an editor using automated tools. I cannot tell whether he didnt know the criteria for creative artists, or simply didn't actually read the article. I've left him a note. Apologies of behalf of Wikipedia. DGG (talk) 22:35, 6 August 2008 (UTC)

Better source request for File:Hinoki.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Hinoki.jpg. You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the image because the source is incomplete. The file File:Lamsweerde Fur.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
This file was provided with two non-free use rationales: one for the article about the photographers
WP:NFCCP, then perhaps the file doesn't need to be deleted; regardless whether that happens, there's no real justification for the continued non-free use of the file in the more general article about fashion photography.
