It should be either 2008/2006. I hope you got it. Many people are unaware that 2006 film awards are given in the year 2008.In 2007 no award had been declared becaue of sue. Got your point regarding deletion. But my point is where from the line was inserted in the profile which says Ek Je aachhe Kanya is a frame to frame copy of the film "The Crush" starring Alicia Silverstone?

The previous post was wrong, and it also might raise certain legal issues, not in Wikipedia but in intellectual properties right fora concerning films. The film is certainly not a "frame to frame copy", nor even a remake in sheer technical terms of filmmaking, despite "opinions" from certain sections. "Opinions", I believe, cannot be a part of a wikipedia profile.

I give an example to clarify my point. Would you term "Unishe April" by Rituparno Ghosh a copy or remake of Bergaman's Autumn Sonata? If you do, that can be your opinion, but still cannot be a part of Rituparno Ghosh's profile.

If anything, my act of so-called vandalism corrected an opinion and I just wanted to make the profile "factual".

You recently filed a request at

incomplete and contested proposals section
. Requests that remain incomplete will be removed after five days.

Please make sure you have completed all three of the following:

  1. Added {{move|NewName}} at the top of the
talk page of the page you want moved
, replacing "NewName" with the new name for the article. This creates the required template for you there.
  2. Added a place for discussion at the bottom of the
talk page of the page you want to be moved
. This can easily be accomplished by adding {{subst:RMtalk|NewName|reason for move}} to the bottom of the page, which will automatically create a discussion section there.
  3. Added {{subst:RMlink|PageName|NewName|reason for move}} to the top of today's section

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Adi ganga.JPG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on

How do you decided and give a comments that reputation for fact checking and accuracy or some type of recognized expert editorial board oversight of content. gomolo meets none of these requirements Please Explain.- Jayanta Nath (Talk|Contrb) 13:12, 23 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I am not sure I understand your question. We have a series of policies: that content must be
reliable source. Our method of determining what is a "reliable source" include sources that have "a reputation for fact checking and accuracy or some type of recognized expert editorial board oversight of content". We have nothing that indicates that gomolo meets our requirements, therefore no content in articles can be sourced to gomolo. -- The Red Pen of Doom 00:46, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply

How do you know that there have no a reputation for fact checking and accuracy or some type of recognized expert editorial board oversight of content. I have hard copy

reliable source I am not understand why you comment gomolo is not a reliable source.- Jayanta Nath (Talk|Contrb) 05:04, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply

1) If you are involved in gomolo you have a
serious conflict of interest
and should not be adding links to gomolo to any article.
2) And in any case, your word that it is a reliable source is not convincing. We cannot verify gomolo's reputation for fact checking and accuracy because gomolo has NO reputation - there are not independant third parties talking about gomolo at all.-- The Red Pen of Doom 12:02, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Dear TheRedPenOfDoom with respect to you ,
1) I have no involvement with gomolo. Please don't make your personal prediction about me.I commented I frequiently check/varify gomolo data from this book. for wikipedia before entering wikipedia. I found more or less all data is ok/right.
2)gomolo has NO reputation again its your personal opinion. If I say that IMdb has NO reputation, its my personal opinion. How do you know that they dont check their data?

If you have content in a published book, used the published book as a reliable source. And yes, Notability and Reliable Sources are indeed different. However, a "source" without a known reputation fact checking and accuracy cannot be used as a source. And your analogy is completely flawed because IMDB's reputation is widespread and the Wikipedia community has widely come to the consensus that certain facts about production crews can be sourced to IMDB, but most other content cannot be sourced to IMDB. -- The Red Pen of Doom 21:52, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image (File:Bhalobasa-bhalobasa-4.jpg)

You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media
).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. FileBot (talk) 10:52, 20 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Culture ID 1093 (0x0445) bug in AWB

This problem occurs for "bn-BD" locale only.... Because "bn-BD" is not available in System.Globalization.GetCultureTableRecord. Change your default locale for bengali to Bengali (India) and report if you keep getting this bug. Thanks, Magioladitis (talk) 21:25, 20 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

RE File source problem with File:Humayun.jpg

You wrote to me:

File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Humayun.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear.

I myself took a photograph of a Mughal-era enamel miniature of Humayun in an Agra museum. The miniature is 300+ years old, and the photo is mine. I assume that the miniature's image is in the public domain. I reserve no rights whatsoever to the photo I took. I don't know hwat the "file's description page" if you can't note that these facts were included when I uploaded the photo. I don't give a rat's ass if you delete it or not; it was the only image of Humayun I could find when I wrote the Humayun article. --Nemonoman (talk) 21:40, 21 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
