Yes, and you should read the restriction again "Edits made which remove or otherwise change any material placed by clearly established consensus, without first obtaining consensus to do so, may be treated in the same manner as clear vandalism." if there's no consensus the status quo is to be mantained until it's reached.

I think the article is in a more decent stage now to be improved upon, without it looking too promotional. Didn't know if I had to discuss on the deletion page. I figured it wouldn't get attention.
