Photo Licensing

If the photo is copyrighted, you will need to get written permission (I think) and submit it to Wikipedia through something called OTRS. I would ask here as I'm not really familiar with the photo policies. I'm sure there's some kind of stipulation though. They'll be able to tell you. ~ QwerpQwertus ·_Talk_·_Contribs_· 18:33, 8 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Request for help

Your article on Siddarth Kara looks good. I am no expert on the subject or on reviewing new articles, but you have a good number of references, which is one of the most common failings of new articles. You seem to be in line with the most important three policies -

the notability guideline
for academics.

Unfortunately, I have no epertise when it comes to images - I have only ever uploaded images that I have created. However, there is a very useful page at

help desk should be able to answer any further questions promptly. strdst_grl (call me Stardust) 13:36, 9 June 2010 (UTC)[reply

Siddarth Kara

Wow - it looks pretty good! The info under the photo is good, but it generally won't get tagged - you usually have to submit it to

Requests For Feedback, but since you already have, I'll just take it off. Happy editing! ~ QwerpQwertus ·_Talk_·_Talkback Me_· 13:56, 11 June 2010 (UTC)[reply

Your submission at AfC
Rani Dhavan Shankardass
was accepted

grading scheme
to see how you can improve the article.

You are more than welcome to continue making quality contributions to

create articles yourself, and don't have to post a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for Creation
if you prefer.

Thank you for helping improve Wikipedia!

Managing a conflict of interest

FAQ for organizations
for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. Cabayi (talk) 08:13, 18 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You also appear to have an undisclosed PAID COI in relation to
