Hi,
I Just noticed the collection of McLeod's Daughters articles which you created - ones for each season. (
McLeods Daughters - The Second Season
)
Just on naming conventions:
The name of the series is McLeod's Daughters , with an apostrophe. It is essential that you include the correct name of the series including this apostrophe, otherwise it is just annoying for other Wikipedians who must fix the problem.
Also, "The Second Season" needn't be in capitals. "McLeod's Daughters" is in capitals because it is a
Blue Heelers (season 13)
).
Please remember this, as well as other naming conventions, if you choose to create more new pages.
Thanks, if you have any concerns, please contact me.

Hello again,
I just have a few more suggestions for you:
In the lead section of an article, the article's subject should be in bold . See WP:LEAD
.
The lead section of an article is a summarised version of the article itself. A good lead should introduce a reader to the rest of the article. See WP:LEAD
If the article is a stub (a very short article with very little content which will be expanded), add a stub template like {{WP:STUB
.
Remember, when naming an article, only capitalise words which must be capitalised (eg. names, places, specific things, etc.). When creating a list, like a list of characters from a television programme, a good title would be: List of McLeod's Daughters characters . See WP:NAME
.
Good examples of television season articles are at the moment and modeling them on those two example articles.
Wikipedia favours real world information opposed to fictional information. Also, be certain to distinquish between fact and fiction; sometimes its hard to tell in some articles and its a little confusing.
If you want to start a new article, make sure there is enough information available on the topic. If there isn't enough, write about it in the main article. Remember, quality over quantity.
When uploading images, always state a source and add a rationale or the image will be deleted.
Add references. They are the most important thing in an article and having plenty of references is the only way that Wikipedia will come to be a respected source of quality. information. Always add references to statements which are facts and may be disputed. If you do not add such citations to statements, they will be deleted. If you need a place for references, I find newspaper articles to be a good place for things such as TV shows. [www.australiantelevision.net The Australian Television Information Archive] has a good supply of articles for many TV shows.
Thanks. If you have any comments or questions, I would be more than happy to help, as would any other Wikipedian if you asked.

You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. Please go to
WP:BALL
.
This policy states: Wikipedia is not a collection of unverifiable speculation. All articles about anticipated events must be verifiable, and the subject matter must be of sufficiently wide interest that it would merit an article if the event had already occurred.
Based on this it is my interpretation that speculation about characters that are either coming to the bay or leaving the bay are not premited, as first of all it is hard to 100% verify this speculation and it's really not that important, that it would merit an article if these characters had already come or left.
so i have reverted your edits that added this sort of speculative information. Thanks Printer222 (talk ) 10:18, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[ reply ]

Hello,
Just a quick note as to why I recently reverted your edits to the McLeod's Daughters articles: You added episode summaries that were copied and pasted from another website. This is a copyright violation and cannot be added to Wikipedia. Please refrain from adding copyrighted material to Wikipedia; it will be deleted. If you would like to add episode summaries, perhaps read the summaries on other websites and create your own. That way, you are not stealing somebody else's hard work.
Thankyou for your understanding,

McLeod1,
Would you please refrain from copying episode summaries into Wikipedia from other websites; this is a form of theft. This is, as I have said, a violation of copyright law. If you continue to add material subject from copyright, I will take this further and have you blocked from editing Wikipedia.
Thankyou, and if I am incorrect in any way, please let me know.

section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant
copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information , but not as a source of sentences . This part is crucial: say it in your own words .
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License , Version 1.2 and later." You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here .
