You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read

the guide to writing your first article
.

A tag has been placed on

criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable
.

If you can assert the notability of the subject, contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} at the top of the article, immediately below the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate), and give your reasons on the article's talk page, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. You may freely add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

See the guidelines for specific types of articles:

Your recent edits

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to

talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 19:27, 21 April 2011 (UTC)[reply

Would you care to explain this edit: [1]? By "correcting" the spelling you have broken the url. While we are supposed to assume good faith, I am having trouble believing that an editor would "correct" the spelling of a url out of good intentions, knowing full well that doing so would prevent it from linking. Hi there. Your enthusiasm is laudable but before nominating someone for adminship, you should first ask them, whether they are comfortable with you nominating them and with running for adminship. As such, you might want to first try to talk to 117Avenue instead of adding the nomination template to their talk page. Regards SoWhy 13:55, 1 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Although I am very honoured by this nomination, I must decline the offer at this time. I worry that I may not be able to give the time and dedication required for the administrator nomination process. I will be following the
Canadian federal election, 2011‎, during the next 36 hours, followed by a couple of weeks of moving, alas 117 Avenue will no longer be a reference to where I am. I again thank-you for this honour, 117Avenue (talk) 21:25, 1 May 2011 (UTC)[reply

Reviewer Right Granted

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to

two-month trial which ended on 15 August 2010. Its continued use is still being discussed by the community
, you are free to participate in such discussions. Many articles still have pending changes protection applied, however, and the ability to review pending changes continues to be of use.

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not

autoconfirmed to articles placed under level 1 pending changes and edits made by non-reviewers to level 2 pending changes protected articles (usually high traffic articles). Pending changes was applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:PendingChanges
.

For the guideline on reviewing, see

here, and the general policy for the trial can be found here
.

If you do not want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. The Helpful One 20:23, 4 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
