Hi NancyJeanGF & welcome to wikipedia! Good on you for diving in.
I'm not in any groups; I edit over a wide range of pages. Looking at editors of web 2.0 I find User talk: OMPIRE who may be better connected than me.
Category:Web 2.0 may be a place to start for ready made articles to improve.

Hi there, I just noticed your edit to the WikiCup signup page. I had to revert it as it was a repeat of the default text, but I wanted to check to see if you had intended to signup. If you did, then please add your details at the signup page, otherwise ignore this message! :) Miyagawa (talk) 23:41, 17 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, I did try to sign up, but, apparently, I did not follow the instructions well. Please revert - I will try again later. NancyJeanGF (talk) 00:22, 18 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for creating Localytics, NancyJeanGF!
Wikipedia editor Lynctekrua just reviewed your page, and wrote this note for you:
Good article worthy of Wikipedia. Second paragraph reads like an ad though.

Hi yes, I would suggest simply removing that whole paragraph. I'm just going to pretend you didn't just say you copy and pasted the whole article. But please be aware that one of Wikipedia's bots may detect that its copied from a website and mark it for deletion. ~Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lynctekrua (talk • contribs) 01:21, 18 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
No sorry I miss-interpreted. Yes paraphrasing is the best thing you could do. I thought you said the whole article was plagiarized. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lynctekrua (talk • contribs) 01:49, 18 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the clarification! I edited the article (the indicated paragraph) by paraphrasing it and removing most of it. Hopefully others with more technical knowledge will expand it. I also removed the tag you placed in it (was I supposed to do it after the edit or you are supposed to do it after you check my edits? sorry, I am new to it). Hello NancyJeanGF,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Localytics for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on [[User_talk:|my talk page]] if you have questions. TheLongTone (talk) 12:15, 13 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It would help your articles stay in WP if you improved you manner of referencing. The references need to be shown in a style that makes it evident where they come from without having to actually go to the link. If you use cite web, you should fill in the work field (also called the website field) or the publisher field , which will then display the name of the site or source. I just did this for the first reference in [[:Mixpanel[]]. You can see the added clarity.
You are also using the further reading field in a non-standard fashion: see
I want to help your work stay in WP if the subjects are notable. But from the nature of the articles you are writing , and their rather similar manner, it seems possible that you may be doing paid editing. If by any chance you are, it would be highly advantageous for you to openly declare it according to our Terms of Use, particularly with respect to paid contributions without disclosure. It is not likely to hurt you in afd discussions, because a suspicion of this tends to raise more doubts than a frank admission. If you have some sort of Conflict of Interest, but not actually a monetary connection, it would again help to declare it, because it will decrease any unwarranted doubts. And if it just a general field of interest, you may similarly want to say something, for a similar reason
Under our current rules, we cannot investigate this further unless there should be some very clear reason, nor are you subject to any kind of sanctions for not saying anything. But if it should later turn out that it was undeclared paid editing, then sanctions will apply, up to the level of blocking and removal of the articles. This is in no way a threat of any action on my part; though I'm an admin., I never block in a case like this to avoid any appearance of exerting undue influence .
