Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Agile software development may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Help with article?

Hi,

I noticed you made edits to the article about

AlienVault. The AlienVault article is a stub with few sources and a tone problem. It's been flagged for problems. So I created a comprehensive new draft located at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:BC1278/subpage2
which addresses the issues.

It's an interesting and notable company. They created and run the world's largest open source project collecting computer security threats, OSSIM. They're a major player in the computer security field and have raised $116 million in financing.

I'm an experienced Wikipedia editor and have authored many articles but I have a Conflict of Interest here so as per Wikipedia's policies

WP:COI
, I am looking with someone with an interest in the subject to do an independent review of the draft. I'd be pleased to do further work based on any suggestions. Under the COI rules, the direct edits to the article (such as moving over the draft to the mainspace) need to be made by someone independent.

Thanks for considering this,

EdBC1278 (talk) 19:33, 5 December 2015 (UTC)BC1278[reply]

Newtonlee Hi Newton. I'd like to suggest the best way to start would be for you to edit the page at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:BC1278/subpage2 and send me questions and requests along the way. Then when you're satisfied with it, you can copy and paste it into the mainspace article for AlienVault. I'm not allowed to make direct edits to the mainspace article but I can make changes on my namespace article, so it will be easier to collaborate that way. Does that sound reasonable?BC1278 (talk) 16:49, 6 December 2015 (UTC)BC1278[reply]

BC1278 I'm certainly interested in AlienVault's Open Threat Exchange and OSSIM. I'll be happy to edit the page. Newtonlee (talk) 19:21, 6 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Newtonlee It might be best to transfer this discussion to the Talk page of the draft article. Just in case you don't know, if you click the star on the top navigation of any page, you will be alerted whenever there's a change to the page. So you don't need to send messages on LinkedIn BC1278 (talk) 21:25, 6 December 2015 (UTC)BC1278[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for December 7

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited

AlienVault, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page CTO. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject
