for now I've removed the information. The only two maps that I can find with detailed enough boundaries are both different: Google Maps shows it as an enclave within an enclave but OpenStreetMap shows it as an enclave inside a contiguous peace of land. Please review Wikipedia:Naming conventions (geographic names)#Disambiguation. In particular "In some cases, the article title should include additional text, such as a country name or province name" and "With the names of cities, towns, villages and other settlements, the tag is normally preceded by a comma". The use of "Name (Town)" is non standard and the move was correct. If Khojaly was the only one it could be moved to that name but it's a redirect to Khojali, a disambiguation page.
