Hi Phadendra and welcome to Wikipedia. I am glad you have taken an interest in Wikipedia and want to expand it. However, in saying that, pages on Wikipedia must fit into a specific guideline. Creating a page for someone fitting our WP:Notability criteria is perfectly welcome. Creating a page for your best friend, as you claim to have done at Rosmi Ghimire, is not. In fact, it is really recommended new users wait a bit before creating pages since there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to Wikipedia. I suggest you check out our Wikipedia:Community portal to help enhance the project first and learn about editing before creating new pages. Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Samata Shiksha Niketan. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. Phadendra I know this may seem overwhelming but please heed my advice from a few days ago under the title "pages." You are going really fast and creating pages that aren't ready just yet.
