Hey there! Strome cannot go to Bridgeport without waivers after playing a certain number of NHL games, which is something he recently passed. I'm not sure of the exact details. And Berube was still on the Islanders roster the whole time, a conditioning stint doesn't mean they are a part of the minor league team's roster as far as I'm aware. He was still considered one of the 23 players for the Islanders roster. And since both would have to pass through waivers to come play for Bridgeport, there's no need to leave them there, unless you believe otherwise?
