This article is too short to be approved for DYK. Perhaps research and then add more new info. --George Ho (talk) 02:01, 23 September 2013 (UTC)

Hi, thanks for the note (in place of the automatic twinkle message). I have started expanding it. SL7968 03:15, 23 September 2013 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for September 26

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited

List of Presidents of the American Philological Association, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Howard Crosby and George A. Kennedy (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject

Harvard

I responded to your post re professorships, and in return (well, maybe just out of the goodness of your own heart) perhaps you will be brave enough to wade in at Talk:Harvard_University#Cheating_scandal. I ask that having no idea what your view of things will be, but we could use a Solomon there, for sure. EEng (talk) 18:59, 28 September 2013 (UTC)

Will comment there. Solomon7968 03:56, 29 September 2013 (UTC)
Note there are 4 separate subsections on 4 disputed passages. Pace yourself -- subclinical paranoia runs high, complete with comparisons to Watergate [1]. Several people keep saying there's a worldwide conspiracy of powerful Harvard graduates manipulating Wikipedia articles along with interest rates and world copper prices. (In case you were wondering, that's actually true, but don't tell anyone I told you.) EEng (talk) 04:16, 29 September 2013 (UTC)
I don't want to impose, but you could look at each of the 4 subsections and comment on each. In most cases that will require reading the sources cited, because the general problem here is that one editor misinterprets those sources. Sorry to ask again but this has been a very long, rather silly argument and we badly need new blood. EEng (talk) 23:05, 29 September 2013 (UTC)
Will comment there. Solomon7968 07:23, 30 September 2013 (UTC)
We really, really need help breaking this stalemate. EEng (talk) 13:19, 3 October 2013 (UTC)
