I also suggest you withdraw your RfA; at this point I don't think many users would support you, simply because you've only been here for a comparably short amount of time. Well, archiving can be done in two ways; you can move your talk page to a new archive, or you can copy and paste the section you'd like to move and use it to create a new page. The first one is easier but it kills the page history; the second way keeps the original talk page's history intact.
