Welcome to my talk page. I've been an editor for over a decade, and my talk page shows. I was going through an emo phase when I created my account, thus explains why my username is what it is. If this was a job, I'd say that I'm always eager to learn and I'm still growing. Feel free to tell me any mistakes I made or any disagreements you have. I'm coachable.

Image tagging for Image:GroupHugScreenshot.PNG

Thanks for uploading Image:GroupHugScreenshot.PNG. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

Contribution to article "Bexley Middle School"

(Sorry if you deleted this--I just resubmitted it because I thought there might have been a technical problem.)

Hi! I noticed your contribution of the article

sandbox
which you can use to work on your new articles before officially creating them? Many users use their own sandboxes to prepare the articles they are writing. This way, they can just cut and paste the written article from their sandbox to the new article page. To create your own sandbox, simply do the following:

1. Go to your user page. Open the "Edit this Page" screen for your userpage.

2. Copy the following text into the page code (just insert it where you want the link to appear.)

[[User:Xxhopingtearsxx/Sandbox]]

3. Save the page.

4. Now, look on your userpage. There should be a red link saying, User:Xxhopingtearsxx/Sandbox.

Click on that link. (Or, on the one right up.................................here^, actually.)

5. You are now at the "create this page" screen.

6. Copy the following text into the page editor:

{{User Sandbox}}

----

<!-- EDITS GO BELOW HERE -->

7. Save the page.

8. You now have your own personal sandbox to do (almost) whatever you want in! You can also make more sandboxes if you want to. Just be sure to name the new sandbox differently, like this:

User:Xxhopingtearsxx/Sandbox 2

Note: If you don't understand the above instructions, or simply want someone else to do it for you, just ask me on my talk page, and I will be happy to create the sandbox for you. Just ask, and I'll have it done in a jiffy! (If it's not waay late at night, but I'm available for the next couple hours.)

Good luck on the article you are working on! I hope what I posted helps make your Wikipedia experience more enjoyable. If you have any questions, just ask me on my userpage. Cheers!

Rescue Me (Fontella Bass song)

Hi. I know that recent obits say that Fontella Bass co-wrote the song - but I'm not convinced. Neither the original record label nor BMI credit her as co-writer, and references to her settlement in the 1990s do not say that it was related to her songwriting claim. What evidence do you have prior to the recent obituaries - many of which obviously come from a common source - that she was the co-writer - a claim that is clearly disputed? (here and here). It may well be that the claim that she was the co-writer was made by the press on the basis of them reading our article after this unreferenced edit in 2009. I've added a quote from this book to give more background. Ghmyrtle (talk) 13:54, 28 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
