My unblock reason: First. I have not been violating WP:COI, WP:PAID, and WP:PROMO. How can I show it? Because it was my first article. And This article is an orphan, as no other articles link to it.. How WP:PROMO can be efficient with the orphan article? Who will pay for the page without any category? As I have said, I am a nuby. It was my first article and it was my mistake did not have been used Sandbox. And next time I definitely will do it. Okey. No Problems. About the article. From my point of view, now it has three problems.

1. It hasn't categories. I need to choose them properly. I will begin with the Category and with the organizations, he is a member of. 2. The article needs Wiki references. 3.
