Change of article names

Hello! Can you change article names about biathletes in context that many of them has become married?. Paulina Fialková has changed name Paulina Batovská Fialková, Dzinara Alimbekava has married and is now named Smolskaya, Martina Zellner is now named Seidl after she married many years ago, Katharina Innerhofer is now named Komatz 80.212.168.110 (talk) 14:56, 18 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I moved
Katharina Innerhofer to Katharina Komatz since their official International Biathlon Union profiles use the new name (the IBU links are shown in the external links section of each article). I also added some references for the name change in each of those articles. I did not move Martina Zellner since her IBU profile still uses that name. -- Zyxw (talk) 15:29, 22 December 2023 (UTC)[reply

A Wikidata 12222 property, help me! MasterRus21thCentury (talk) 19:53, 3 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I see your edit on December 16‎ broke the template while attempting to add the Wikidata property and your previous edit on October 29 made every instance of the template link to https://www.filmweb.no/film/ (without an ID number). To fix this, I checked all articles currently using {{Filmweb title}} and they all contain an ID number for the old website. None of those IDs work at the current website and none of the articles have an ID for the current website in Wikidata property Filmweb.no film ID (P12222). Therefore, I changed the template to display archived links. You can see two examples in the documentation that I added. I will look into adding the Wikidata property for the current Filmweb.no URL without breaking all the existing links. -- Zyxw (talk) 22:11, 4 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I updated {{Filmweb title}} to support links using Wikidata property Filmweb.no film ID (P12222) and added a |new_id= parameter to allow use of those new IDs in the template. -- Zyxw (talk) 13:58, 5 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Zyxw UPD Please correct the templates LegendsTour and USOPC Hall of Fame, Wikidata properties wikidata:Property:P12283 and wikidata:Property:P12285. MasterRus21thCentury (talk) 11:41, 11 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Wheelchair basketball at the 2020 Summer Paralympics – Women's team rosters

Instead of doing this, run the tool and correct the rotten links. Hawkeye7 (discuss) 02:20, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Hawkeye7: After I finish updating those Tokyo 2020 Paralympic links, I was planning to run this tool on all the pages at once, instead of one page at a time. -- Zyxw (talk) 02:29, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
That's fine. Let me know if there are any that do not work properly. Hawkeye7 (discuss) 02:42, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

About the local units of Barbados...

Greetings. How are you? And I'm curious about the populated places of the parishes of Barbados, alongside their respective boundaries within such sub-national maps. I wonder how you found such information. Your thoughts? jlog3000 (talk) 23:28, 6 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I believe your question may be related to edits I made many years ago. In August 2011, I made this edit to
CIA World Factbook website, File:Barbados-CIA WFB Map.png, and added it to List of cities, towns and villages in Barbados. It would help if you could point out the update or map you are referring to, so I can try to refresh my memory. Thanks. -- Zyxw (talk) 01:02, 7 February 2024 (UTC)[reply
]
I see. So you used the CIA World Factbook as a reference to add the villages or hamlets for each parish. And about the maps, that was my bad. jlog3000 (talk) 01:26, 7 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It would appear that List of cities, towns and villages in Barbados already had a list of villages under headings for each parish and I only sorted that list to place the headings in alphabetical order by the parish name. Then I probably expanded the individual parish articles such as Saint Andrew, Barbados to include the villages already found in List of cities, towns and villages in Barbados. Looking at those two articles now, there should be some citations added to show sources for the village names. Hope that helps. -- Zyxw (talk) 01:57, 7 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Then how come on that link of the List of cities, towns and villages in Barbados article shows the populated places sorted by parish partially or incomplete, while on some of the articles of the parishes show them almost expanded? jlog3000 (talk) 10:09, 7 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
My edits to those articles occurred almost 13 years ago. I would assume that over time, other people added more locations to the parish articles without also updating the list article. Today I added some coordinates and a reference to Christ Church, Barbados because of your inquiry, but those coordinates appear to be inaccurate when viewed on a map. I will try to locate a better source online for these location names and their coordinates. -- Zyxw (talk) 10:24, 7 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I understand all of that, as it's been nearly a decade and a half since you were the originator of the edits of putting the place name units/areas within almost every parish within Barbados. But I'm not focused on the coordinates, just the names of those units/areas; just to clarify things. Regardless, I thank and appreciate your time and effort hearing me out. jlog3000 (talk) 16:45, 7 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Katja Beer to Katja Wüstenfeld since their official International Biathlon Union profiles use the new name (the IBU links are shown in the external links section of each article).
